  • Visibility with company’s name and logo will be displayed at the Registration Centre on the:
    - Fascia
    - Backdrop
    - Side walls
  • 10 complimentary delegate invitations
  • Inclusion of sponsor's brochure and literature in the delegate kit
  • Name and logo to be displayed as "Registration Centre Sponsor" on:
    - Select panels at the Conference
    - Select promotional collaterals (including website) for the Conference
  • Sponsor's name will be printed on all registration forms
  • 1 Full page colour advertisement in the Event Directory
  • Editorial coverage in the Conference Daily Bulletin
  • Share company information with the Press and invite print and television media to visit Sponsor's booth
2. Media Centre (INR 15,00,000 / US $ 33,000)
  • Name and logo to be displayed as "Media Centre Sponsor” on:
    - Select panels at the venue as appropriate
    - Select promotional collaterals (including website)
    - Media Center backdrop
  • Exclusive space in the media centre may be provided on all three days
  • Inclusion of sponsor's brochure and literature in the Press kit
  • Display of company literature in the Media Center and Conference Management Office
  • Six complimentary delegate invites
  • One Full page colour advertisement in the Show Directory
  • Visibility to sponsor in the media invitation letters/ press release
3. Conference Delegate Kit (Bag, Writing Pad, Pen and Lanyard)

Quantity:

Conf. Delegate Kit= 10,000 nos
Lanyards = 30,000		 (INR 21,00,000 /US $ 45,000)
  • Name and logo to be displayed as "Conference Delegate Bag Sponsor” on:
    - Select panels at the Conference
    - Select promotional collaterals (including website)
  • Sponsor's name and logo will be printed on the delegate bags, Writing Pads, Pens and Lanyards
  • Sponsor's literature will be included in the conference kit.
  • Free 08 delegate with full Complimentary
  • Full page advertisement in the Show Directory.
4. Networking Evening Reception (2 Nos) (INR 10,00,000 / US $ 22,000) each
  • The Networking Evening Reception will be held on 27th and 28th October, 2010.
  • Sponsor’s logo will be printed on the Networking reception invitations
  • Sponsor’s name and logo will be displayed at the reception venue
  • Sponsor may run corporate video presentation at the venue
  • Name and logo to be displayed as "Networking Reception Sponsor" on:
    - Select panels a the venue as appropriate
    - Select promotional collaterals for the Conference (including Website)
    - At the Reception venue.
  • Free 04 delegate with full Complimentary
5. Day Sponsor: Tea/Coffee with Refreshments INR 6,50,000 / US $ 14,000 per day, or INR 18,00,000 / US $ 40,000 for 3 days)
  • Name and logo to be displayed as "Tea/Coffee Sponsor” on:
    - Select panels at the expo
    - Select promotional collaterals (including Website)
  • Three days sponsor will receive 4 complimentary delegate passes. One day sponsor will one free delegate pass with full complimentary
  • Sponsor’s literature will be inserted in the Delegate Kit.
  • One Full page Multi colored advertisement in Souvenir for three day sponsor.
6. Food Court (INR 10,00,000/ US $ 22,000)
  • Name and logo to be displayed as "Food Court Sponsor” on:
    - Select panels at the expo
    - Select promotional collaterals (including Website)
  • Sponsor’s name and Logo will be displayed at prominent locations inside and outside the food court
7. Internet Café (INR 650,000 / US $ 14,000)
  • Name and logo to be displayed as "Internet Cafe Sponsor” on:
    - Select panels at the expo
    - Select promotional collaterals(including Website)
  • Sponsor’s name and logo is displayed at the Internet Cafe.
  • Sponsor promotional material will be inserted in the delegate kit bag.
8. Visitor transport shuttles (INR 1,50,000 / US $ 3,300) per vehicle for 3 days
  • Visitor transport shuttles ply continuously from Delhi Hotels from different locations and CGO Complex to Conference & exhibition venue entrance at Gr. Noida and back to the hotels.
  • Sponsor’s name and logo will be displayed on banners placed on the Visitor Transport Vehicles.
  • Sponsor’s brochures may be provided in the
    Bus.
